肿瘤坏死因子在急性心肌梗死病程中的作用

摘要
肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)是由激活的巨噬细胞分泌的一种具有多种生物学效应的细胞因子.应激状态下,TNF-α可由成熟的心肌细胞本身分泌产生并参与多种心脏疾病的病理生理过程.有研究证明,TNF-α在急性心肌梗死(AMI)的心肌损害中起重要作用.本文对TNF-α在AMI中的作用及其机制的研究进展作一综述.
