摘要 目的 探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在缺血预处理对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤保护中的作用。 方法 根据病理组织学变化以及原位杂交法检测各组中不同灌注时间的热休克蛋白70mRNA(HSP70mRNA)的表达。 结果病理组织学肾小管评分IPC组均低于IR组(P<0.05),而IPC组和CON组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);HSP70mRNA的表达IPC组明显高于IR组(P<0.01),并且在再灌注2h和6h时,该三者在IPC组中的表达明显高于CON组(P<0.01)。 结论 缺血预处理对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,其保护机制与HSP70的诱导合成增多有关。 Objective To investigate the role of heat shock protein 70Kda(HSP70)in renal damage of ischemia-reperfusion after ischemic preconditioning Methods In different groups, based on the pathological changes, the expression of heat shock protein 70Kda (HSP70)mRNA were mearured by in situ hybridization. Results The score of renal tubules in IPC was lower than that in IR(P< 0.05),and the score was similar between IPC and CON(P > 0.05) .The expression of HSP70mRNA in IPC was higher than in IR respectively ( P < 0.01) , and reperfused for 2h or 6h, the expression of HSP70mRNA in IPC was higher than that in CON( P < 0.01) . Conclusion Ischemic preconditioning could protect the damage of ischemia-reperfusion and the mechanism may be related to increase formation of HSP70.
