摘要
随着电子商务时代的来临,传统的物流逐步独立分化出来。而物流法律制度却仍处于一种原生状态,并存在不少问题。本文探讨了我国物流法律制度的现状及其存在的问题,并就现存的问题提出物流法律制度构建的政策建议。
With arrival of E-commerce of times, traditional logistics independence progressively split up. The article investigates problems on Chinese logistics legal systerm and logistics industrial rules, and suggests the contents of chinese logistics legal system and arrangement of the rules. The article emphasizes that the construction of Chinese logistics legal system will be guiding, ruling, promoting and supporting the development of logistics industry in China.
