文章叙述了放射免疫分析技术过去十多年来的发展,包括杂交瘤技术和DNA重组所提供的抗体和抗原、亲和素-生物素系统的应用、示踪剂制备、免疫放射方法学、分离系统、游离激素测定以及免疫传感器和非同位素标记免疫分析等。
Developments and perspectives in the field of radioimmunoassay were reviewed in the paper, including applications of monoclonal antibody and genetically engineered antigen and antibody, avidin-biotin system, radioactive tracer, separation reagents, immunoradiometric methodology and measurement of free hormones. Immunosensor and non-isotopic label immunoassay were also briefly discussed.
