摘要
从企业家的作用 ,建立企业家队伍的必要性 ,建立、健全激励与约束机制的紧迫性 ,企业家队伍激励与约束模型四个方面入手 ,讨论了企业家队伍的建设及其激励。
This paper discusses how to build the entrepreneur team and how to build motivation and discipline mechanism of the entrepreneur team from four aspects: the role of the entrepreneur, necessity of building the entrepreneur team, urgency of building and improving motivation and discipline mechanism and the motivation and discipline model.
