摘要
马克思人的全面发展学说是马克思主义教育思想的重要组成部分,而德育对人的全面发展则形成牵引拉动效能 素质教育环境下,现代学校教育兼有工具价值和目的价值,并对人的主体性和自我价值的实现渐趋重视,受教育者价值主体性充分张扬,强调在全面发展的基础上,个体的自主发展和独特创新,突显校园德育工作思维创新的迫切性,以全面发展为根本,积极树立主体性德育理念,构建以人为本德育模式。
This paper makes a discussion on the ways of performing moral education in schools of the day. It suggests that in the quality-based education environment, education should mainly focus on man's all-round development, and moral education should be carried out in a creative way with the purpose of promoting a full development of man's quality
