摘要
如今我国教育行政所处的国际环境、经济环境、政治环境、社会文化环境和行政技术环境等方 面都发生了较大地变化,在新的形势条件下我们需要:1.巩固政府教育行政的政治保卫职能;2.突出政府教育 行政的经济促进职能;3.优化政府教育行政的教育管理职能;4.拓展政府教育行政的社会服务职能。
Today greater changes have taken place in the environments in which our state's education administration exists. These environments involve the world, economy, politics, social culture and administration technology As to the function of the governmental education administration, we should, in the new situation, enforce its political defence, accentuate its economical promotion, improve its educational management , and expand its social service.
