摘要
随着学习型组织理论的广泛流传,构建学习型组织成为理论界和教育界关注的焦点之一。对构建学习型政府组织的必要性作相关阐述,以期转变并完成教育行政职能。
It is pointed out that establishing Learning Organization become one of focal points of theorists and educational circles,with Learning Organization's widely spreaded.From the angle of function transforms of educational administration,it is descripted the necessity of establishing learning government organization.
