摘要
目的 初步调查Brugada波与Brugada综合征的发生率及与临床的关系。方法 通过回顾调查近 3年我院心电图室常规检查的 5 2 2 91份心电图 ,严格按诊断标准筛选有Brugada波的心电图 ,并对部分患者进行随访。结果 共筛选出 17例Brugada波患者 ,占总数的 0 33‰ ,其中男性16例 ,女性 1例 ,符合Brugada综合征的患者 4例。结论 Brugada波在临床上并非少见 ,但符合Brugada综合征即伴有反复晕厥、猝死的相对较少 ,是潜伏在体格健康的正常人群中的危险疾病。
Objectives Preliminarily investigate the prevalence of Brugada wave and syndrome and relationship between them and clinic syndrome. Methods Through reviewing and investigating, 52 291 electrocardiograms were routinely checked by Electrocardiogram Room of our hospital in recent 3 years, the electrocardiograms with Brugada wave were strictly screened in accordance with the diagnosis standard, and some patients were followed-up. Results Altogether 17 patients with Brugada wave were screened out, who accounted for 0.33 ‰ of the total number, among whom 16 males and 1 female, 4 patients accorded with Brugada syndrome.Conclusions Special Brugada wave is not rare on clinic, but those meeting Brugada syndrome, i.e. accompanying repeated syncope and sudden death, are relatively few, however, its hazardness is still potential dangerous illness in healthy normal crowd.
