摘要
按常规方法设计的柴油机喷油泵凸轮承载能力未能得到充分利用。对泵腔许用压力分析表明,凸轮型面每点上的泵腔许用压力与该点上的加速度密切有关,且随加速度的增加而增加,从而提出了按泵腔压力变化来选取凸轮加速度的设计方法。所设计凸轮,在相同的许用接触应力情况下,可提高泵腔供油压力11%以上,供油时间缩短12%以上,改善了喷油系统性能。
Insufficient use has been made of the load-bearing capacity of the diesel fuel injection pump cam designed with the conventional method. The results of analysis on the allowable pump room pressure indicate that the allowable pump room pressure on each point of the cam profile is closely related to the acceleration at that point, increasing with the acceleration. Based on this, we propose the design method of selecting the acceleration of the cam profile. The cam designed with this new method, for the same allowable contact stress,is raised in the pump room pressure by about 11%, shortened in the delivery period by above 12% and improved in the performance of the fuel injection system.
