摘要
目的建立中药制剂普乐安片中微量砷的测定方法。方法采用微波消解样品,氢化物原子吸收法测定砷含量。结果本法检出限为0.045μg·kg-1,变异系数RSD=5.9,回收率为90～106。结论该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,可作为中药制剂普乐安片中微量砷的测定方法。
AIM: To establish a method for the determination of trace amounts arsenic in Pule'an Tablet (Chinese Cabbage Pollen). METHODS: Hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine arsenic by microwave digesting sample. RESULTS: The detection limit of the method was 0.045 μg/Kg, RSD= 5.9%, the recovery was in the range of 90%～106%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple,rapid and with high sensitivity, and can be applied for the determination of trace amounts arsenic in Pule'an Tablet.
