摘要
目的探讨灵芝孢子粉与环磷酰胺合用对小鼠移植性动物肿瘤的抑制作用.方法按药物体内抑瘤作用常规筛选方法进行,试验动物用NIH小鼠.瘤株为小鼠肝癌 (Hepatoma).小鼠随机分成4组,每组10只.阴性对照组以0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠20ml*kg-1/d灌胃.第一实验组以环磷酰胺(CTX)20mg*kg-1/d灌胃.第二实验组:灵芝孢子粉 4g*kg-1/d灌胃.第三实验组:灵芝孢子粉4g*kg-1/d+环磷酰胺20mg*kg-1/d灌胃,各组均于接种后24小时开始灌胃给药,连续10天.均于末次给药后24小时处死,计算抑瘤率.结果各组抑瘤率分别是:第一实验组(CTX)为63.5%~66.1%,第二实验组为63.0%~64.7%,第三实验组为77.8%~79.1%.各实验组的抑瘤作用与阴性对照组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.001).孢子粉与CTX联合用药组与单用灵芝孢子粉组或单用CTX组比较,前者的抑瘤率均明显高于后两者单独用药的抑瘤率(P<0.05).结论灵芝孢子粉与CTX两者联合使用具有协同抑瘤作用,灵芝孢子粉可减轻CTX的副作用.
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of the combination of the spores from Ganoderma Lucidum Karst(SGLK)and cyclophosphamide on mice transplanted solid tumor.Methods The in vivo tumor inhibition effect was evaluated by traditional method of drug screening.Fourty NIH mice were divided randomly into four groups and each group for ten.The mice of control group were given the carboxyrnethyl cellulose sodium viscose by 20mlkg -1/dig.The mice of first experimental group were given cyclophosphamide(CTX)20mg·kg -1/dig,the second experimental group were given SGLK 4gkg -1/dig,and for the third experimental group,both CTX 20mg·kg -1/d and SGLK 4g·kg -1/dig were used. Each group were given drugs continuously for ten days 24 hours after implantation of hepatoma cell line.A11 the mice were killed 24 hours after the drug given for the last time.The tumor were obtained and the rate of tumor inhibition were calculated.Results For the first experimental group,the rate of tumor inhibition was 63.5%~66.1%,the second was 63.0%~64.7%and the third was 77.8%~79.1%.For each experimental group,the rate of tumor inhibition was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0 001).And the rate of tumor inhibition of third group was also remarkably higher than that of the first group or the second group(p<0.05).Conclusion The combination of SGLK and cyclophosphamide could cause synergic antitumor effect. And SGLK could reduce the side effect caused by cyclophosphamide.
