纤维蛋白胶塑形、异体微粒软骨脱细胞基质支架的人工软骨研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:利用软骨微粒脱细胞基质这种新型支架材料及纤维蛋白胶,体外构建可塑形及具有良好生物相容性的组织工程化软骨。方法:制备绵羊关节软骨微粒脱细胞基质并与体外扩增的异体关节软骨细胞及纤维蛋白胶混合,塑成圆柱形,体外培养。结果:软骨微粒脱细胞基质及纤维蛋白胶与异体软骨细胞有良好的生物相容性,软骨细胞生长和分泌功能良好,塑成的复合物具有一定的硬度和弹性。结论:塑成的圆柱形软骨细胞-异体软骨微粒脱细胞基质-纤维蛋白胶复合物可于体外形成软骨样组织,可进一步应用于体内修复关节软骨缺损。 AIM:To establish engineered cartilage with good biocompatibility and plasticit y in vitro with fibrin glue and a new material of stent made by cartilage microp article acellular tissue matrix(CMACTM). METHODS:The articular CMACTM of sheep was established and combined with alloge nic articular chondrocytes of exoteric amplification and fibrin glue, and then i t was molded into circular cylinder shape and was cultured in vitro. RESULTS:There was a good biocompatibility among allogenic chondrocytes with CM ACTM and fibrin glue.The growth and secretion functions of chondrocytes were goo d.The compound had a certain degree of hardness and elasticity. CONCLUSION:This compound of chondrocytes allogenic CMACTM fibrin glue with a circular cylinder shape forms cartilage like tissue in vitro, which can apply to repair the joint cartilage defect in vivo.
