摘要
H.26x和MPEG-x都是应用最广泛的视音频压缩国际标准。其中,H.26x是活动图像编码标准,而则主要包括MPEG视频、MPEG音频和MPEG系统(视音频同步)3个部分的标准。H.26x和既有区别又有紧密的联系,特别是H.262和H.264,它们既是ITU-T制定的标准,又分别是ITU-T与ISO/IEC联合制定的MPEG-2和MPEG-4的组成部分。
H.26x and MPEG-x are two of the more widely used audio/video international standards. H.26x are video coding standards. However, MPEG are standards including audio, video and synchronization of audio and video. H.26x and MPEG-x are different, but they have something the same too. Especially, H.262 and H.264 are standards of ITU-T, and they are also the constituent parts of MPEG-2 and MPEG-4, which were made by ITU-T and ISO/IEC.
