摘要
从世界范围考察 ,各先行现代化国家 ,在现代化运动急剧推进的时期 ,政治都呈现稳定状态 ,而现代化运动命运多舛的国家和地区则往往伴随着暴力冲突与社会政治的动荡。本文试图探讨政治稳定在现代化进程中的重要作用 ,说明在没有政治稳定的社会环境里 ,现代化是不可能实现的。
Political stability refers to the kind of condition in which the entire internal political operation of a country remains regular and in order, without its current political and legal systems being threatened or destroyed by any individual, organizational or institutional political behavior which happened in the country. From a global perspective, all the modernization forerunners have achieved a political stability when boosting their modernizing movements, whereas most of the countries and regions who have experienced many mishaps along the process-would suffer violent clashes and a political turbulence. This paper attempts to explore the important role of political stability in the modernization progress so as to illustrate that it is impossible to achieve modernization without a political stability.
