摘要
自我国人口研究基本理论取得“两种生产”论的突破后 ,在计划生育和人口控制等实践方面取得了巨大成绩。随着人口实践和人口转变的行进 ,新的理论需求已导致对“两种生产”论的“拓宽”和“引申” ,以及对中国人口转变态势作理论说明。对有关理论问题取得统一的认识需要在哲学层次上对诸如人和人口等基本问题达成共识。
Since the 'Theory of Two Kinds of Production' was accepted as the basic population theory of China, great progress has been achieved in such pratices as family planning and population control. While studies and practices concerning population are going ahead and the demographic transition is heading along, a need of new theories has been leading to some works on 'expanding'and 'extending' the 'Theory of Two Kinds of Production' and giving a theoretical explanation for Chinas demographic transition. The forming of a united theory need an agreement on basic concepts such as human being and human population at the level of philosophy.
