摘要
应用硫酸铵分级沉淀,经两次Scphadcx G-100凝胶过滤,从猪甲腺中获得较纯的甲状腺球蛋白。纯化的甲状腺球蛋白经生物活性测定和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测,结果与标准的猪甲状腺球蛋白性质相一致。
Thyroglobulin is an important biochemical reagant. It plays a great role in the purification of glycoproteins. After ammonium sulfate fractional precipitation, followed by gel filtration on Sephadex G - 1 00 column (2. 6 × 100cm) two times, we can get the purified hog thyroglobulin. It's biological activity and the bands on disc PAGE suggest it is identical to the standard hog thyroglobulin.
