简要回顾了可注射胶原的发展历史,介绍了可注射胶原溶液的基本概念、提取和制备的基本原理和方法,阐述了可注射胶原溶液的主要应用,同时对相应的国内外情况作了对比,预测了可能遇到并需要解决的问题,最后展望了可注射胶原溶液的发展前景。
The history of injectable collagen is summarized, and basic conception, principle and methods ofinjectable collagen development are briefly introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the main application of the injectable collagen is clarified, with comparison of situation both at home and abroad. Meanwhile, the difficulties that probably be encountered and must be solved are forecasted. In the end, the application of injectable collagen in future is prospected
