摘要
借鉴国外如美国、英国等高等教育发达国家的高校教师专业化发展所取得的成功经验及措施谈谈对河套学院教师专业发展的一点认识与思考。
Based on the successful experience and measures obtained during the process of the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities in some developed countries such as America and England, the writer gives a brief analysis of the present situation of the teaching staff in Hetao College and tries to find out some countermeasures.
