摘要
在人类文明的脚步由后工业化时代迈向知识经济时代的今天,人力资源是经济社会发展的重要而稀缺资源的理念已经得到普遍的认同,也为一些国家尤其是西方市场经济发达国家的发展经验所证实。然而,何谓"人力资源"?它的内涵如何界定,人力资源与人口资源、劳力资源、人才资源有何区别等等,学界众说纷纭,莫衷一是。弄清楚这些问题,对于人力资源管理的理论研究和实践都具有重要的意义。
Nowadays, human resource is the significant and rare resource for the development of society and economy, which has been generally identified, and is confirmed by the developmental experience of the western developed countries. However, the opinions are widely divided on the definition and connotation of human resource, on the difference between the human resource and the population resource, between the human resource and the labor resource, between the human resource and the talent resource. It is significant to make certain of all the confusions on human resource no matter for the theoretical study or for the practice.
