6,7,6′,7′-二亚甲二氧基-3,3′-二亚甲基-2,2′-双喹啉的合成

摘要 6氨基胡椒醛与1,2环己二酮进行Friedlnder缩合反应,得到新的喹啉衍生物6,7,6′,7′二亚甲二氧基3,3′二亚甲基2,2′双喹啉,产率59%。其结构经UV,1HNMR,IR和MS表征。 A new quinoline derivative——6,7,6′,7′-dimethylenedioxy-3,3′-dimethylene-2,2′-biquinoline with the yield of 68.9% was synthesized by the Friedlnder condensation reaction of 6-aminopiperonal and 1,2-cyclohexanedione. Its structure was confirmed by UV, 1H NMR, IR and MS.
