摘要
根据浙江省农村预防保健服务模式改革试点的情况 ,今后在选择和确定模式时 ,应遵循适用有效、低成本、因地制宜原则 ;要借鉴国外预防保健经验 ,建立多渠道筹资机制和预防保健人才的引进、提高、合理分流机制 ,制定相应的法律法规 ,积极探索和建立符合中国国情的农村预防保健服务模式。
When we choose and decide the service mode of the prevention and health care in the countryside, we should obey some rules according to the situation of the experimental units in Zhejiang Province:1. It should be suitable and valid at a low cost, different modes in different places.2. We have to learn other countries’ experiences of prevention and health care and establish both the mechanism of raising funds through many channels and the mechanism of introducing,improving and separating talents in prevention and health care.3. We have to make some relevant laws. We must search actively and establish the service mode which suits to the current state of China of the prevention and health care in the countryside.
