摘要
目的探讨肌酐测定试剂苦味酸对血糖己糖激酶法测定的交叉污染及排除方法。方法取混合血清10份,在OLYMPUSAU2700全自动生化分析仪上调整血糖反应的检测时间前后先单独检测血糖,然后与肌酐组合检测进行对比分析。结果调整检测时间前,与肌酐组合血糖测定值穴6.91mmol/L雪明显高于血糖单独测定值穴5.04mmol/L雪,差异非常显著穴P<0.001雪。调整检测时间后,与肌酐组合血糖检测值穴5.09mmol/L雪与血糖单独检测值穴5.06mmol/L雪无显著性差异穴P>0.05雪,且血糖单独检测值在调整检测时间前后无显著性差异。结论苦味酸试剂对己糖激酶法测定血糖存在明显正干扰,调整血糖的检测时间可有效地消除干扰。
Objective To study the cross contamination of alkaline picric acid in glucose determination by hexokinase(HK) method and its preclusion measures. Methods Ten mixing serum specimens were selected. The levels of glucose alone were first determined, then the levels of glucose combined with creatinine were determined at same time, respectively before and after the detecting time was adjusted in Olympus AU 2700 auto-biochemical analyzer.Results The levels of glucose determined along with creatinine were higher obviously than those determined alone, and the difference was significant before the detecting time was adjusted. No obvious difference was found between the glucose levels of two groups determined after the detecting time was adjusted. No obvious difference was shown between the glucose levels before and after the detecting time was adjusted.Conclusion Positive interference of picric acid is shown in HK method determining glucose; the method of adjusting the detecting time is effective for precluding the cross contamination.
