摘要
目的 :探讨生化分析仪试剂盘上试剂使用时间对测定结果的影响。方法 :在日常生化测定中 ,每隔一定时间插入定值血清 ,并观察其变化。结果 :部分生化项目不同时间测定结果差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :应重视试剂使用时间对结果的影响 ,保证检测结果准确可靠。
Purpose To research the influence of the utilize time of reagent in the biological analyzer to the test results. Methods Insert invariable serum sample in a certain interval in our routine everyday biological determination to observe its change. Results Some biological test variable significantly in different time (P<0.05). Conclusion The influence of the utilize time of reagents to the test results should be stressed to insure the exact of determination.
