摘要
目的 :分析新疆维吾尔 (维 )、哈萨克 (哈 )、锡伯、汉族中学生心理健康状况。 方法 :采用SCL 90症状自评量表对 10 2 3名新疆民汉族学生进行评估。 结果 :汉族组强迫症状、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分均显著高于中国常模 (P <0 .0 1) ;锡伯族组抑郁因子分显著低于中国常模 (P <0 .0 1) ;维族组强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、偏执因子分显著低于中国常模 (P <0 .0 1) ;哈族组强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执因子分显著低于中国常模 ,(P <0 .0 1) ;而锡伯、维、哈族三个民族的恐怖因子分均显著高于中国常模 (P <0 .0 1)。北疆不论男、女中学生汉族组SCL 90各因子分显著高于维族组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。南疆汉族组男中学生焦虑、恐怖因子分低于维族组 ,躯体化因子分高于维族组 (P <0 .0 1,或P <0 .0 5 ) ;汉族组女中学生强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子分均高于维族组 (P <0 .0 1,或P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :哈萨克族中学生的整体心理健康水平最高 ,依次为维吾尔族、锡伯族 ,汉族 ;北疆中学生及南疆维族女中学生的心理素质比汉族好 ;南疆汉族男中学生心理素质比维族好。
Objective: To investigate the mental health of the uighur, Kazak, Zibo and Han nationality students in Xinjiang. Methods: A total of 1013 students of Xinjiang were administered the Symptom Checklist -90(SCL-90). Results: The various symptom score of Han nationality students group were significantly higher than the Chinese norms (P<0.01). The depression score in Xibo nationality group significantly lower than the Chinese norms (P<0.01), the four symptom scores of the Uighur and five symptom scores of the Kazak group were respectively significantly lower than the Chinese norms (P< 0.01). But the panic score of the three groups were si gnificantly higher than the Chinese norms except Han nationality(P<0.01). The various symptom scores of Han nationality students group of the Northern were si gnificantly higher than that of the Vighur(P<0.01, or P<0.05). The two symptom scores of male Han nationality students group of the Southern significantl y lower than that of the the Uighur. (P<0.01), but the six symptom scores of female Han nationality students group of the South were respectively significantly higher than the Uighur(P<0.01). Conclusion: The mental health status of Kazak students is the best of the four groups, Uighur, Zibo and Han nationality in turn. The mental health of the Northern student in Xinjiang i s better than that of the Southern. The mental health status of the Uighur students of the Northern and the female Uighur students of the Southern is better than Han nationality students. But reverse of that of the male Uighur students of the Southern.
