摘要
目的探讨农村中学生社交焦虑、应对方式及心理健康的关系。方法用社交焦虑量表、应对方式量表、中国中学生心理健康量表对315名农村中学生进行调查。结果农村中学生社交焦虑存在年级差异,初三男女生之间存在显著差异。不同水平社交焦虑者的解决问题、自责、求助、幻想、退避和心理健康上存在显著差异。自责、社交焦虑、幻想、求助对心理健康有显著的回归效应。结论社交焦虑对心理健康不仅有直接预测效应,还通过应对方式对其有间接预测效应。
Objective To explore the relationship among social anxiety, coping style and mental health of countryside middle school students. Methods 315 countryside middle school students were investigated by Social Anxiety Subscale of the Self-consciousness, Coping Style Scale and Mental Health Scale of Middle School. Results Significant differences of social anxiety existed among grades. There were significant differences of active coping, self-reproaching, help-seeking, fantasy, resignation and mental health among different levels of social anxiety. Self-reproaching, social anxiety and fantasy, help-seeking contributed much significantly to mental health. Conclusion Social anxiety not only has direct effects on mental health, but has indirect effects On it through coping style.
