摘要
目的 探讨药物提高和改善高原移居者脑-体作业能力的作用。方法选择驻海拔3700m10个月的某部士兵10人,于服药前、负荷运动前后、服药15d负荷运动前后4个不同阶段采用DDX200型电脑心理生理测试仪进行缺失记忆,左右手及左右脚交叉动作频率的测验,进行服药前后与负荷运动前后的总次数、正确与错误次数的比较。结果服用银杏叶片15d,运动前后缺失记忆在相同时间操作时限内(10s),错误次数(7.0±2.3,8.0±2.8)与服药前运动前后相同时段比较错误次数(11.0±2.7,16.0±2.1),显著减少(P<0.01或P<0.05)。服用银杏叶片15d,运动前后在相同的操作时限内(10s)左右手交叉敲击动作频率正确次数54.0±7.0,52.0±5.1。错误次数11.0±5.3,11.0±5.6与服药前运动前后比较正确次数23.0±6.4,20.0±0.9,错误次数18.0±4.1,19.0±5.4比较,正确次数显著增多(P<0.01),错误次数显著减少(P<0.01)。服用银杏叶片15d,运动前后在相同的操作时限内(10s),左右脚交叉动作频率正确次数为57.0±5.7,50.0±6.9,错误次数7.0±2.4,8.0±3.1与服药前运动前后正确次数34.0±6.8,29.0±5.4,错误次数13.0±4.3,15.0±4.5比较相差非显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论口服银杏叶片15d能显著提高和改善高原移居者脑-体作业效率和能力。
Objective To study the effect of taking ginkgo tablet on the brain-body function at high altitude. Methods 10 male subjects having stayed 3 700m altitude for 10 months, their hands-feet cross movement and lose memory were tested with DDX-200 before and after taking ginkgo tablet (2#,2/d) for 15 days and after loaded exercise . Results As compared with the wrong time before and after exercise without taking ginkgo tablets in the same limited period of time(10s) ,which has 11. 0±2. 7 and 16. 0±2. 1 times respectively, the wrong time has a remarkable decrease after taking ginkgo tablets for 15 days which has only 7. 0±2. 3 and 8.0±2. 8 time respectively( P<0.01 orP<0. 05) , compared with the correct and wrong time of hands cross movement in the same limited period of time( 10s) before and after exercise without taking ginkgo tablets,which has 23. 0±6. 4 and 20.0±0. 9 correct times respectively ( P<0. 01 ) , the wrong times has decreased significantly after taking them for 15 days, which has 54. 0±7. 0 and 52. 0±5. 1 correct times and 11. 0±5. 3 and 11. 0±5. 6 wrong times ( P<0. 01) ,compared with the correct and error times of feet cross movement in the same limited period of time (10s) before and after exercise without taking ginkgo tablets, which has57.0±5.7 and 50.0±6.9 correct times and 7. 0±2. 4and 8. 0±3. 1 wrong times respectively, the differences are significantly after taking them for 15 days, which has 34.0±6.8 and 29.0±5.4 correct times and 13.0±4. 3 and 15.0±4. 5 wrongly times ( P< 0. 05 or P<0. 01) . Conclusion Ginkgo can improve the brain-body function at high altitude.
