摘要
运用信息不对称理论,对医疗服务中存在的信息不对称问题进行分析研究,探讨在信息不对称的情况下,医疗服务中存在的逆向选择和道德风险问题以及造成的消极影响,并指出政府干预和市场机制的互动才是有效削弱信息不对称对医疗服务的消极影响的根本之道。
With the theory of asymmetric information, the article mainly analyzes the phenomenon of asymmetric information existing in medical service, explores the problems of adverse selection and moral hazards emerged under the situation of asymmetric information which have brought about some passive effects, and concludes that the interaction between governmental regulation and market mechanism is the only remedy for the problem..
