摘要
建立测定了岩白菜中岩白菜素含量的方法.色谱柱:WatersC18柱 5μm×3.9mm×150mm ,流动相:甲醇∶水∶磷酸=20∶80∶0.1,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长275nm,AUFS0.01,柱温为室温.结果表明,岩白菜素在0.16~0.08μg有良好线性关系,r=0.9992,平均回收率为98.14%,RSD为1.12%.本方法是测定岩白菜中岩白菜素含量的快速、简便、准确可靠的定量方法.
A HPLC method for bergenin determination Bergenia purpurascens was established.The method was as follows:chromatography column:waters C_(18) (5 μm×3.9 mm×150 mm),mobile phase:methanol∶water∶phosphoric=20∶80∶0.1,flew velocity 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength 275 nm,AUFS 0.01,temperature as same as room temperature.The standard curves of bergenin showed good linearity within the range of 0.16~0.08 μg,r=0.999 2.The average recovery was 98.14%,RSD was 1.12%.The method was quick,simple,accurate and reliable for the determination of bergenin in Bergenia purpurascens.
