摘要
责任政府要求政府必须回应社会和民众的基本要求并积极采取行动加以满足,积极地履行其在社会中的职能和义务,正确地做事和做正确的事。我国社会信用的缺失造成了恶劣的社会影响,构建诚信社会已经成为公众的共同期盼,政府应当回应民众的这一要求,定准自己在构建诚信社会中的坐标,明确构建诚信社会的当前任务。
A responsible government' means the government must actively performs her functions to respond to the basic need from the demos,and behaves properly.In China,the credit of the society is on a low level and the people are expecting a society full of credit,so our government should define her mission to build a trustful society.
