应用弹力型可活动外固定器械治疗近侧指间关节骨折脱位 被引量:13

Treatment of fracture-dislocation of proximal interphalangeal joint with elastic dynamic external fixator

摘要 目的观察弹力型可活动外固定器械治疗近侧指间关节骨折脱位的疗效。方法1999年3月~2003年7月,我们应用弹力型可活动外固定器治疗近侧指间关节骨折脱位14例,新鲜骨折脱位6例,陈旧性骨折脱位8例。结果随访3~36个月,平均14.5个月。14例患者均达到完全骨性愈合,愈合时间平均为3个月。近侧指间关节伸直达0~20°,平均10°;屈曲达到65°~110°,平均87.5°。结论应用弹力型可活动外固定器械治疗近侧指间关节骨折脱位,是一种简便、可靠、效果较好的治疗方法。 Objective To observe the results of treating fr acture-dislocation of proximal int erphalangeal joint with elastic dynamic external fixator.Methods From March 1999to June 2003,we treated 14cases of frac-ture-dislocation of proximal interphalangeal joint with elastic dynam ic external fixator.They were 9men a nd 5women,6fresh ones and 8obsolete ones.Their ages ranged from 18to 48years old,with a mean age of 31.6.Results The follow-ups lasted from 3to 36months,with a mean period of 14.5months.Al l the 14cases healed completely.The average healing period was 3months.Extension angle of proximal interphalangeal joint was from 0to 20°,averaging10°.Flexion angle was from 65°to 110°,averaging 87.5°.Conclusion For fracture-dislocation of proxim al inter-phalangeal joint,the elastic dynam ic external fixator is a kind of conve nient,reliable and effective treatment device. [
