摘要
随着西部开发的全面启动 ,引入风险投资 ,使西部已有科技成果真正转化为生产力 ,促进西部地区高新技术产业化进程 ,提高科技———产业———市场一体化程度 。
In developing Chinese westen areas, it will play an important role that we do the tollowing in the westen development:Drawing into venture Capital investment; changing the achievement of science and technology into productive forces; Promoting industrialization process of westen Hi teconology; Advancing the movement of science and technology industrial marketing to a new stage.
