摘要
本文结合当今时代知识经济的兴起，针对甘肃欠发达地区的经济发展，提出了加速高新技术产业化进程的思路与建议，指出，落后地区抓好机遇，用好政策，迎接高新技术的挑战，就有可能改变落后面貌。
This paper discusses the ideas and possible ways of industrializing the new and high technology in the poor areas of Gansu Province in the time of the development of intellectual economy. It concludes that the poor areas should take advantage of the favourable time and policies to brave the challange of the new and high technology and overtake the ecoomically developed areas.
