摘要
太平湾大坝存在坝基扬压力超限问题 ,1996年大坝安全第一次定期检查时虽评定为正常坝 ,但专家组提出 3条建议 ,其中第一条就是扬压力超限需要处理。为此电厂做了大量工作 ,但扬压力仍然超限 ,经抗滑稳定复核 ,大坝可以安全运行 ,2 0 0 4年
Excess pressure problem does exist in Taipingwan dam foundation.During the frist periodic checkup in 1996,the safety of the dam was assessed as'normal'.However experts made three proposals,one of which was that the excess pressure on the dam foundation should be solved.For that the power station did a great deal of work,nevertheless the problem remain unsolved.Then the checkup of anti-skidding stability showed that the dam could work safely.In the second periodic checkup of dam safety in March 2004,the dam was one again evaluated as'normal'.
