摘要
本文首先引入数学变换将决策者给出的模糊判断矩阵转化为满足完全一致性的模糊判断矩阵,然后采用简单加权平均法将个人偏好集结为群体偏好。以碧流河水库实时防洪调度决策为例阐明了所提模糊群决策方法的应用步骤,并对决策结果进行了分析。
A formula is introduced to transform the ordered fuzzy judgment matrix into fuzzy judgment matrix with complete consistency.Then,the simple weighted average method is used to aggregate single preference into group preference.The real-time flood control operation of Biliuhe Reservoir is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
