摘要
"礼"作为儒家思想的核心观念,学术界对它的解读或基于文缺学的考辨,或立足解经式的探究,都为寻求"礼"的"源"与"流"提供了一个基本的研究途径,它有助于恢复思想史的原貌,重回真正的"儒学家园"。而在儒学研究的"现代化"语境中,对儒学的"现代性"解读就成了题中应有之义。"思想基因"借入儒学研究,无疑是解释方式的新尝试,把"礼"看作是儒家的"制度基因",似乎给人一种附庸"现代"的意味,缺失了"古典"的意义,那么寻求"礼与制度"的可能性关联就成了立论的基点。本文立足对"制度"这一现代政治学概念的引借式分析,来探讨"儒""礼"在其自身的发展中所彰显出的"制度性"演变,解决对"礼"进行"制度化"分析的质疑,为中西哲学(或思想)存在着"家族相似性"提供一份佐证。
'Li' is a main concept of confucianists, some scholars apprehend it through textual researching, some ones through comprehending classic texts, they provieded a basic research way for looking for the source and stream of 'Li', which helped furbish original appearance of the history of ideology, retumed toreal 'home of confucianism'. But during the modem context of the confucianism research, interpreting the modernity of confucianism will be an important problem. Without doubt introducing ideaistic gene into confucianism research is new experiment of the interpretion, regarding 'Li' as institutional gene of confucianists, it seemed to a meaning of mingling with modem times, lacking of meaning of classic texts. Then kooking for the possible relating will be the foundation of research. The article will base borrowing analyse upon interpreting the modem politics notion, discuss in the development of confucian and Li, they represented institutional change, solve the doubt of the institutional analyse to Li, will provide evidence of having family comparability of chinese philosophy and west philosophy.
