摘要
以镰刀菌属禾谷镰刀菌(F.graminearum 简称 M-10菌株)大米培养物中提取分离脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的方法,用甲醇回流提取得到粗毒素,经硅胶柱层析及制备薄层层析分离纯化,用乙酸乙酯重结晶即可得到无色针状结晶。经熔点、红外、质谱及核磁共振氢谱等分析,确证结晶为脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(Deoxynivalenol)。气相色谱分析纯度达95.2%~98.5%。
Extraction and purification of deoxynivalenol from rice culture medium of Fusarium graminearum were reported.Crude toxins were obtained from the culture medium by extraction with methyl alcohol,silica gel column chromatography and preparative TLC separation.Colourless needle-like crystals were obtained by crystallization with ethyl ac- etate-cyclohexane mixture and recrystallization with ethyl acetate.According to its melting point,infrared spectrum,~1HNMR spectrum,molecular weight and fragment peaks in mass spectrum,the crystalline toxin was ascertained as deoxynivalenol.Its purity is 95.5%~ 98.5% by GC analytical method.
