摘要 由失重和头部运动而引起的前庭植物神经的反应称为运动病,其症状常表现为恶心、呕吐、肠胃不适、食欲低下、头痛等.前庭内脏神经通路活动的异常是运动病的主要诱因,揭示前庭信号影响内脏活动的神经通路是阐明运动病发生机理的基础.综述了近年来关于运动病神经基础研究的进展. Motion sickness refers to a kind of a sensation of automomic nervous system in vestibule,which is caused by weightlessness and head movements.The symptom consists of nausea,vomiting,indisposition of intestines and headach and so on.Abnormal activity of the vestibular-autonomic neural pathways is primary factor for inducing motion sickness.Revealing the neural pathway of the signals from vestibular system influencing the autonomic activity is the essential for elucidating motion sickness mechanism.The update of the neural pathway research in recent years was summarized.
