摘要
本文描述70例(100只眼)近视放射状角膜切开术的适应征、术前检查及手术方法,术后随访6月～5.5年,平均20.5月,取得了较为满意的效果,其中高度近视术后视力达0.5以上者占78%,中度近视达88.9%。并较详细的分析了影响手术的各种因素,对近视合并散光及重复手术作了初步的探讨。
A sum of 70 cases (100 eyes) of radial keratotomy for the treatment of myopia with a follow-up examination from 6 m to 5.5 y was presented. The indications and the examination before and after surgery were discussed. The postoperative visual acuity restored to 0.5 or higher in 78% of cases in cases of high degree of myopia, and 88.9% in those of moderate degree.Factors influencing the final results were explored. In cases complicated with astigmatism as well as in those requiring reoperation were also investigated.
