摘要
通过对目前高校办公室工作现状的分析,结合高校改革对行政管理工作的要求,探讨了在高校办公室工作中实行将信息转化为知识、知识共享和建立有效激励机制的知识管理模式。
By analyzing existing condition of offices of university affairs and requirement of reform at institutions of higher learning on administration, it proposes a framework of knowledge management for offices of university affairs while they are trying to turn information into knowledge, share it and form efficiently stimulating mechanism.
