摘要
用计算机辅助医学显微图像分析仪定量检测了65例初发急性白血病患者骨髓细胞的核仁形成区相关嗜银蛋白(Ag—NoRs),与41例慢性白血病和51例正常对照组进行比较,发现 Ag—NoRs 在急性白血病高于正常对照组和慢性白血病组,在急性白血病中,急淋高于急非淋,以急性早幼粒细胞白血病最低;Ag—NoRs 在急性白血病缓解组显著低于未缓解组;在急性早幼粒细胞白血病缓解期低于初发时,而复发时又明显增高。结果提示:Ag—NoRs 可作为急性白血病诊断、分型及病情监测、预后判断的一个参考指标。
Argyrophilic protein associated nucleolar region(Ag—NOR_s)of bone marrow cells in 65 cases of untreated acute leukemia were quantitatively measured in this study by computer— assistted medical microimage analysis and compared with that of 41 cases of chronic leukemia and 31 cases of normal controls.We found that Ag—NORs of acute leukemia were higher than that of normal controls and chronic leukemia.Among acute leukemia,Ag—NORs of ALL were higher than that of ANLL,and that of APL were the lowest.In patients of actue leukemia who are in complete remission,Ag—NORs were remarkably lower than in non— remission.Ag—NORs of the patients of APL during complete remission were remparkably lower than that of being treated before,and increased when in relapse.The result in this study indicates that Ag—NORs may be regarded as a reference index in diagnosing,classify- ing,monitoring the patient's states and evaluating the prognosis for acute leukemia patients.
