摘要
目的:了解正常人体血液中sCD44的表达水平及其变化规律。方法:用本研究中心建立的酶联免疫杂交法定量检测112例正常人血浆sCD44s及sCD44v6的浓度。结果:成年人sCD44s检测水平为21.6±8.4U/ml,成年人sCD44v6检测水平为14.4±3.3u/ml。结论:男女之间sCD44有差异,血浆sCD44的含量随人体生长发育而变化。
Objective: To get acquainted with sCD44 molecule content in the blood of normal human. Methods: To measure concentration of plasma soluble CD44s and immune cross methods set up by ourselves. Results: sCD44s concentration of normal grown up is 21. 6±8.4U/ml ( x±s); sCD44v6 concentration is 14. 4±3. 3U/ml (x±s). The results declared the regularity that the content of plasma sCD44 varies with the growth of a person and varies between male and female.
