摘要
针对当前CRM的发展方向,为实现E-CRM系统,提出了以J2EE作为开发平台,并在处理客户数据方面充分利用数据挖掘技术;在系统的实现部分,提出了一个集正确性、合理性及一定程度上的可复用性的理论模型,并最终得以实现。
According to current CRM, the implemention of an e-business customer relation management information system is proposed based on J2EE architecture and data mining technology is fully used in handing with customer data, and finally correctness, reasonability and reusability models are built and implemented.
