摘要
用热活性检测系统测定了5种弧菌在相同培养基下生长的热谱,并在不同温度下对指数生长期的热谱进行了处理,得到有关菌种的生长速率常数和激活能;在此基础上,按化学动力学过渡态理论计算,得到有关热力学函数。
Five vibro bacterial and growth curve of bacterial have been determined thermograms at exponential phase of growth at 28℃, 31℃, 34℃ and 37℃, by using the Thermal Activity Monitor, calculated the growth rate constant at different temperature and activition energy.According to the transition state theory of reaction dynamics, The theemodynamics functions: Activation entropy(△S~■), Activation free enthalpy (△G~■)and Activation equilibrium constant(K~■)have been calculated.
