摘要
利用热活性检测仪测定了5种弧菌在4个温度下完整的生长热谱图。根据这些热谱图所反映出的变化规律研究了它们在各个温度下的生长速率常数,激活能和传代时间。
By using the Thermal Activity Monitor,thermograms of five vibrio bacteria were deter-mined.These perfect thermogram curves reflected the change of bacterial growth. We have studied thegrowth curves of bacteria at exponential phase of growth at 28℃,31℃,34℃,37℃,and calculated thegrowth rate constants at differente temperatures,activition energies and generation times at 28℃.
