摘要
检测了41例糖尿病病人和30例正常人的脑干听觉诱发电位。结果显示,糖尿病病人听力明显减退,脑干听觉诱发电位异常,异常年为39%。与正常组比较,糖尿病组脑干听觉诱发电位各波潜伏期和峰间期均明显延迟。提示糖尿病病人存在外周和中枢神经障碍,并发现糖尿病病人血肌酐浓度与其脑干功能有相关关系。
Brain stem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP)were tested in
41 patients with diabetes mellitus and in 30 nondiabetic controls.The results
showed:evident dysaudia and abnormal BAEP were present in the diabetics。
Abnormal BAEP was 39 per cent。In the diabetics,every peak latencies and
interpeak latencies of BAEP were prolonged remarkably corollated with the
normal controls,and a positive correlation was found between Ⅰ-Ⅴ interpeak
latency and serum creatinine.These results suggested the pathological changes
of peripheral and central nervous system in diabetes,and that the brain stem
function correlates with the kidney function.
