摘要
本文认为当前旅游规划尚未充分发挥效能根源在于规划的运行机制紊乱 ,并在 6个层面上予以具体体现 。
This paper holds that the present-day inefficient tourism planning lies in the confusion of operating mechanism.It is manifested in six aspects.By taking the social system as macroscopic background,the author puts forward a series of countermeasures that optimize the operating mechanism of tourism planning.
