摘要
作者结合当前实践，剖析了我国现行规划体系结构中存在的主要问题，提出规划方法的核心是规划思想与观念的观点，主张从思想与观念的更新两方面来构建未来规划体系结构，完善城市规划运行体系。
By current practice,this paper analyses the major problems in the current structure of Chinese urban planning system, declares that the core of planning method is planning idea and concept, and proposes to construct the structure of future planning system and perfect urban planning operation system by changing ideas and concepts.
