摘要
回顾近年来广西的防汛抗旱工作成绩,总结其经验和启示,针对国家防总提出的防汛抗旱工作由控制洪水向洪水管理转变,由单一抗旱向全面抗旱转变的"两个转变"新思路,指出今后广西的防汛抗旱工作要点。
A review is made on the achievements of Guangxi flood control and drought relief in the recent years. Experience and inspiration are summarized. Key points of future flood control and drought relief in Guangxi are put forward in accordance with the 'two-changeover' principal from State Flood Control and Drought Relief General Bureau, including changeover from flood control to flood management, and changeover from simplex drought relief to overall drought relief.
