摘要
测定了掺锂的二水甲酸锶(LSFD)溶解度曲线,指出可采用水溶液降温法培养 LSFD 晶体。对 LSFD 和二水甲酸锶(SFD)的溶解度曲线和晶体形貌进行了分析和比较,对 LSFD 晶体的组成,红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热和 X 射线衍射进行了分析,用 Nd^(3+)∶YAG 的1064nm 激光辐射 LSFD 晶体,产生 SHG 的光强度是 SFD 晶体的约1.5倍。
The solubility curve for Li^+ ions doped strontium formate dihydrate (LSFD) hasbeen determined.The LSFD crystals were grown by slow cooling solution technique.Thesolubility curve and crystals topograpic for LSFD and strontium formate dihydrate (SFD)has been described respectively.Content of dopants is SFD crystal has been determined,andthe molecular and crystalline structure of LSFD single crystal were determined by infraredabsorption and X-ray diffraction analysis.
